FAQ
Straight answers to the questions people usually have before they reach out.
Do you take small projects?
Often, yes — especially prototypes, audits, and focused delivery sprints. If the scope is clear and the work is high-leverage, it’s usually a good fit for Bytechaser.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. Bytechaser can lead delivery end-to-end, pair with your engineers, or take ownership of a specific slice (architecture, performance, reliability, AI/RAG, and more).
What should I include in my first message?
The goal, any deadline, links (site/docs/repo), and constraints (tech stack, compliance, budget, team size). Bullet points are perfect.
How do calls work?
If a quick conversation would help, a video call can be arranged on Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom — whichever suits you.
Do you work only in the UK?
Bytechaser is UK-based and works with UK teams, and also supports clients worldwide remotely.
What happens after I contact you?
You’ll get a reply within one working day. If it looks like a fit, the next step is agreed — typically a short call or a small paid discovery to reduce risk before building.
